I made a mistake still ordering the machine from this seller even though I saw reviews from other customers claiming that some of the functions of this machine don't work. As soon as I received it, I contacted the seller and told them that 1. the temperature was not working and 2. the EMS function was not working. She sent me instructions, and I followed them and tried again, but it didn't work. When I requested a return, she claimed that their machine worked and that I was gonna be responsible for 2-way shipments for the defective machine they sent. This absurd. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, AND STRESS, AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

Before shipping, we undergo strict testing of the machine to ensure that the machine functions properly before shipping to the buyer.
The buyer claimed that the machine was defective, but could not provide any evidence and did not even send a video of the machine. He insisted on returning the machine to our factory.
